Having seen Arion Montecitorio, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Try the menu of Italian cuisine at Raviolo d'Oro. Taste nicely cooked cheese ravioli, spaghetti carbonara and cacio e pepe at this place when you happen to be near it. Raviolo d'Oro is our first order of business every single time we're in Rome. Before sightseeing, before shopping... we're here. It's become a tradition at this point. If you're only ordering one thing, get the Cacio e Pepe. Trust me. It's rich, perfectly creamy, peppery, and easily one of the best we've had in Rome. The location is great, the service has always been friendly, and the atmosphere feels authentically Roman without trying too hard. This is one of those places we keep recommending to friends because it's consistently good. Already looking forward to our next visit.
