THE BEST CARBONARA OF ROME!!!! if you would like experience a proper Italian you must to avoid the “ tourist trap”….. The Trattoria Re Di Roma is a local restaurant that you can have an amazing food & friendly staff. I learned how to cook my carbonara so I can say if one is good or not…. And the Carbonara from here is the best one I have ever tasted!!! Super creamy, crispy bacon and perfect on salty! The portions are big so came prepared to eat well and enjoy the house wine super light and perfect with the food! Honestly I’m already exited to back here and try other plates!!!! Well done Trattoria Re Di Roma I’ll return here every time I been in Rome!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30
