I took my family to Red Crab 1/21/2024 about 4pm for a birthday and the server's name Heaven/female was not pleasant. Me and my family was discussing the problem at the table and the same server came over and started pulling off everything while we were still sitting there. With the bad customer service and having kids around that service it's not a place to take your kiddos and recommend to anyone. I spoke to the manager on duty, and she just gave me the Addisson website that you can only order food. Parking: Close parking Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: RC Kick Sauce, Seafood Bag, Fried, Wings, Cajun Fries, Wings and Fries Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Fresh food. Fried perfectly. Tasty fries. Delicious hush puppies. My daughter devoured the garlic butter crab. Wish it wasn't counter order for food. I recently dined at Red Claws Crab Shack and was blown away by their amazing seafood. The standout for me were the black mussels - they were absolutely delicious! They were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the broth they were served in was so flavorful that The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great it's a casual and fun place to dine with friends or family. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and made great recommendations for drinks to accompany our meal.Overall, I highly recommend Red Claws Crab Shack for anyone looking for a great seafood experience.
