The food itself is extremely delicious, but I think that the service definitely needs some adjusting me and my friend went on a Sunday just for a little lunch and Amanda K. was our waiter. She was a bit rude, short and snappy with me when I asked her questions in regard to the sources and different options. She was very unpleasant to have service us and made it a unwelcoming experience because we didn’t even want to ask her any additional questions because of the attitude that we experienced while she was serving us, but to redeem that Matthew brought out our food and so we asked him to bring us any additional things that we may need and he was extremely helpful, kind, very willing to give us everything that we needed with a smile on his face. He was very polite overall the food and atmosphere is fun in urban but the service definitely can use some freshening up. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had lunch at Tasty Tails for the NOLA style Tuesday deal for $7.99/lb! The food came out delicious and Julie was great to come check on us during the meal. The crawfish tasted very fresh! Can’t wait to come back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible experience. I had been wanting to try this place for awhile and I was so disappointed with everything. The floor and table were sticky. The server, who mumbled and I could barely understand, brought me water and no menu and then returned back to his cell phone. I had to call over to him to ask for menu. Shortly after he brought me food, he advised that he was leaving to go run errand. As I was finishing food, one of 4 or 5 employees who were there approached me. (No other customers were there.) I had to go find someone to pay bill. Bathroom smelled horrible and trash hadn’t been emptied. ( I got there when opened) No soap in bathroom. There was a dirty mop and mop bucket sitting in middle of floor of restaurant near restroom. Food was average at best. One of worst dining experiences that I have had in a long time. Bummer
