Red Cow might be as close as you're going to get in Seattle to a classic French bistro, great steak frites, salad lyonnaise, and a great wine list. It should be noted that their steaks are quite a bit better than the steaks commonly available in France. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–50

Generally overpriced for relatively low quality beef in my view. I went three times with my partner and our perspective was always the same. Beef quality and cook have to be excellent at a place like this, with a ticket price above $75 / pp. Edit: to be clear we love Snake River Farms and many of the vendors listed; I simply have received low quality (tough) cuts at the restaurant. It’s nothing to do with preference — I see other reviews had a similar experience. ‍. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $100+

We held a pre-wedding celebration dinner in the rear private room and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was set-up lovely, the food--served family style--was not only delicious but presented niecely and the service was impeccable. A big shout out to Kara and Kiana for the wonderful service--you helped make this special occasion even more memorable. This restaurant was picked as it is my son and new daughter-in-laws favorite local place so we knew it would be nice but the lovely experience far exceeded any expectations. Thank you!
