We had a surprise birthday party here on a Thursday night and it was lovely. The team behind the bar was friendly and sufficient.

Had the pleasure of stumbling across this pub on our journey back home. WOW!!!! What a lovely pub, the front of house ladies are all absolutely lovely and they cannot do enough for you. This is clearly a local pub, and sometimes I have found you can have bad experiences when you’re not local. But you absolutely won’t at this pub. We were made to feel welcome from the very start to the very end! If you’re passing the area I’d highly recommend making this your stop!! We didn’t book, and were accommodated for dinner on a Friday night! Will be coming again when/if we journey through here! Thank you!!! Service: 5

What a shame we were only staying one night in Kilsby because the The Red Lion in fab! Very friendly locals, lovely staff, the food was excellent (the simple things done really well), and the pint (or two...) of Churchend Gravedigger Mild was mind alteringly good. Great pub, cracking atmosphere - we're already plotting how we can make a return visit. Service: 4
