I had visited the place almost a month before and the food was absolutely delicious, all the dishes were so good and wanted to give it another try because of the previous experience but this time the food was not the same..the flavour and taste and everything was different which was not quite good, service and the atmosphere was still great but the food was not good this time

What a shame we were only staying one night in Kilsby because the The Red Lion in fab! Very friendly locals, lovely staff, the food was excellent (the simple things done really well), and the pint (or two...) of Churchend Gravedigger Mild was mind alteringly good. Great pub, cracking atmosphere - we're already plotting how we can make a return visit. Service: 4
