Went to Red Panda for lunch. Wanted fish with rice and fresh sides. Poke bowl hit the spot. I got tuna and my wife got shrimp. Both were excellent and fresh and delicious flavors. Our server Ashley was extremely friendly and let us practice our Spanish with her. We can’t wait to come back and try some other stuff on the menu. Food was good. Avoid the boba teas. Staff forgot our drink order (water, beer, tea) until the food was ready. So meh. We won’t be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₡10,000–15,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Red Panda was such a lovely experience during our time in Playas del Coco. Our girls had been asking to go since we arrived, and when we finally made it there, it did not disappoint. The bowls were colourful, fresh and delicious, and the service was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. After a full day in the sun, it was the perfect spot to slow down, enjoy a great meal and even get in some family game time with tic-tac-toe and Uno. We had already finished dinner and still turned back for a fresh scoop of gelato, which says everything. A beautiful little spot with great food, great energy and a really thoughtful atmosphere.
