We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Red Rocks Cafe, and Caleb made it unforgettable. When I say this man delivered top-tier service, I truly mean it. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Even when an item we wanted wasn’t available, Caleb didn’t miss a beat (so serious) his recommendations were outstanding and honestly ended up being even better than what we originally planned to order. That level of service is rare. I also want to recognize Alex, the manager, who went above and beyond with hospitality. Even after we were already seated, he noticed another table had opened up and kindly offered to move us to give us more room and a better experience. That attention to customer comfort says a lot about the establishment and management team. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, but the service is what truly stood out. Caleb is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever come in contact with. If you’re visiting Red Rocks Cafe, highly recommend asking for Caleb if he’s available you wil NOTTT be disappointed!!!!!!!!! Went for a girls night out for a birthday. Had a reservation and were seated quickly. It was my first time at the Birkdale location. The food looked amazing (the tuna was a definite presentation), and our server, Dustin, was personable, funny, and attentive, and the manager who came over and spoke to us was very welcoming. Good food, good customer service, would return! Had a great night! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
