That's a good idea to order perfectly cooked roasted chicken. At this restaurant, you can order food as a takeaway. Most reviewers mark that the staff is gracious here. In spite of the popularity among visitors, the weak point of Red Rooster Ripley is its enjoyable service. It's a nice place with the lovely atmosphere. I am a frequent customer for this specific Red Rooster store and I am always getting the burger box meal. Communication and customer service are always great from the staff however I am only giving 4 stars because wait times have sometimes been a bit long but I completely understand why when busy, and sadly the chips included in my box this time around were a bit soggy compared to my other visits. But with those two complaints aside everything else is top notch. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Really disappointed with my experience today. I ordered food for two kids and clearly asked for it to be packed in two separate bags. When I got to the counter, everything was shoved into one bag. I politely asked for an extra empty bag, and the staff member refused, saying they couldn’t give one because their delivery wasn’t coming until Saturday. That’s just not acceptable. It’s such a simple request, especially when it makes things easier for customers—especially kids trying to manage their own meals. Poor customer service and zero effort to accommodate a reasonable request. Definitely not impressed.I ended leaving the food on counter Price per person: $20–40

! ! ! 0 STAR RATING ! ! ! My fiancé contracted severe salmonella after consuming food from Red Rooster Ripley on 30/11. This has required treatment across Virtual Health, Statelight hospital, a public hospital, and a private emergency department before finally being diagnosed salmonella. We have clear evidence linking this to your store, including food consumed, payment records, and the timeline of illness. I contacted customer service immediately and was back and forward on emails from December > January. I was than later advised the Ripley store would respond. It has now been over two months and done multiple follow-ups and no response. This is a serious food safety issue that has put someone’s health at risk. I have provided all requested medical documentation that was requested yet there has been no accountability or communication of Ripley’s actions. I am requesting urgent contact to address this matter that will include reimbursement for out-of-pocket medical expenses at the private ED and a formal apology. This situation is unacceptable!
