Worst subway ever, the greedy money hungry staff are so lazy they can't even be bothered to make your sub, they use stale days old bread, the meat is always slimy, the salads are anything but fresh, what's worse is the staff have no sense of pride because the Will basically destroy you sub and still give it to you, how this place hasn't been shut down yet is beyond me, the whole place is just a disgrace and their attempts to squeeze their customers for more money is pathetic. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team tonight, Emily, Ella & Amarli at Subway Ripley 4306—these three amazing staff members who absolutely made my night! From the moment I walked in, they were full of energy, zipping around the kitchen with so much teamwork and efficiency. Not only did they take the time to explain the rewards system to me, but they also gave me a card and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer—something that’s rare these days and so appreciated. It’s clear these girls are true assets to the team. Their friendliness, professionalism, and passion for what they do really shone through. I honestly can’t wait to come back, not just for the food, but to interact with such a lovely crew again. Thank you for turning a simple dinner run into a genuinely uplifting experience!
