I want to share my recent experience at Remi Cafe. On the positive side, I must admit that the quality of the food and goods is truly excellent. However, the service was extremely disappointing (even a nightmare !).We even visited after rush hours! There seems to be a significant lack of management and the waiters are slow(small turtles) and inefficient( no experience even!). They struggle to handle even simple requests. Our order was a mess – cappuccinos arrived long before the sweets, and the sweets came out sporadically, with long delays between each. We had to ask multiple waiters to bring everything together, but our requests were ignored. The service was practically non-existent. We weren't asked about drinks initially, and the overall pace was unacceptable. After only two of our four desserts arrived, we gave up and asked for the bill. They brought it without even asking if we wanted to take the remaining sweets home. It's clear that the staff needs significant training in customer service and order management. The owner should be aware of these issues, as the poor service detracts significantly from the otherwise excellent food. Client money is important, and the current service doesn't reflect that. I also want to additionally inform that we will never go to that place again before the waiters will be changed ! Just a big disappoinment..
