The food was good, but nothing exceptional considering the price. The portions were quite small, so overall it didn’t feel like great value for money. An enjoyable meal, but I expected more for what we paid. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

What a find! Most restaurants in Paris don’t cater well for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Rencontre is excellent for both. It’s haute French food without the table cloths and formality. The waiting staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch entre+plat+dessert was a great deal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
