You can taste the Rathbun influence who is one my favorite chefs not just in Dallas but globally. The fried quail, pepper jack tots, pork belly lollipops, watermelon salad, and the dark chocolate brownie are favorites every time we order. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had an amazing time at Republic Texas Tavern! It was our first day in Dallas and we had been to a lot of touristy places, so this was a welcome and refreshing stop. Our server Tia was so wonderful and all of the servers gave her a list of local recommendations for us, which was so sweet. They gave us a great Dallas welcome and made us feel right at home. Thank you Tia & Republic Texas Tavern staff! Y’all were awesome! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $40–50 Parking space: Plenty of parking
