This place is truly a hidden gem. The view is absolutely stunning, but what impressed us even more was the food. Everything was delicious, and the schnitzel was outstanding. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. We came here for dinner twice during our two-night stay in Zermatt, and it was fantastic both times. Sitting outside with a view of the Matterhorn was unforgettable. The food was excellent—especially the lamb chops, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The shrimp tagliatelle, trippa, and baguette were also delicious and definitely worth trying. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming. Several locals even told us this is the best restaurant in the area. We can absolutely see why. Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
