Incredible, the truth is that 1 Star is the minimum I can apply... I have driven an hour from the north of Cali under the recommendation that Pura Casta is the best in Meats. Today, Sunday, which is at 80% capacity, is when they have the least service personnel. No one greeted me at the entrance so I went to the bar to ask for a table, then I ordered a bottle of wine that arrived 25 minutes later and after 40 minutes one of the two entrees and by the way it was cold... I did not have the opportunity to try the menu since the waiter's attention was minimal since he was serving 5 tables at the same time. There is no supervisor who attends to customers and ensures that customers receive proper attention since no one is invited for free.
