Good Russian dishes with reasonable, especially in lunch time. They serves dishes very fast!

Exceptional experience @restoran_tsaar ! The Beef Tartare was extraoardinary, the cheese plate was great. The rabbit cabbage rolls were almost as good as @nickywalkerkobly 's. The goose was divine. And the service was perfect! #yougottaeathere #customerservice #expatlife #food #tallinn

Mixed feelings. Interior is expensive looking, food is good and staff helpful but the same time you feel bit like in supermarket cafeteria. Not sure why.
