Ordered two Donna tray and chips one with chilli sauceand the other with ketchup. Meat wasn’t fresh and the sauces?????? The sauces????? DID NOT taste like ketchup up or chilli sauce. Ketchup had no taste and the chilli sauce didn’t look right. Meat was reheated which is why it didn’t taste fresh. Given 3 stars on the food but the rest was rubbish. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Retro Fried Chicken at 245 Charlestown Road is a fantastic spot for classic comfort food done right. The Fried Chicken is the star: consistently crispy, juicy, and flavourful. It genuinely delivers on that perfect chicken shop experience. Beyond the excellent fried pieces, the menu is surprisingly varied and offers great value. The Retro Chicken Burger is a favourite for a quick, filling bite, and their Milkshakes (like the Beuno) are the perfect indulgent finish. Service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are very affordable. If you're craving a high-quality, reliable, and delicious takeaway, Retro Fried Chicken is a must-try. Highly recommended!
