Had Rickette's only a few times at this location. The very 1st time I ordered the wings with mix sauce, it was delicious. I believed I was served by the owner that day. The last few times I ordered the same thing wings with mix sauce, but got mix sauce with heavy lemon pepper that made it way too salty to eat. Because my 1st experience was pleasant I decided to try again, the last few times I ordered was with a young lady, I specifically told her mix sauce only no lemon pepper please to ensure the same mistake doesn't happen. They put it on there anyway. I brought it back and she told me that's salt & pepper. She re-fire my order and it still had salt & pepper & now hot sauce instead of mixed sauce. The lady had the nerve to tell me next time you have to say no salt & pepper. Because of her poor customer service it won't be a next time for me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20
