We visited this restaurant during our stay at GSR and had a very good experience. Our server was an amazing girl who was so soft spoken and was constantly checking if we are good or need anything. She even helped us pack our leftover food. For the food we loved our veggie sushi so much. The wasabi and the ginger they give with the sushi was heaven and I ended up taking more of it for home. Green curry was good. Didn’t like the pad Thai noodles a lot though. It was good but too sweet for our palette and a little overcooked.

Second time here, first was 1 year ago. Food was great. Came back hoping to have great food again. End up with the same server named Siara. She was lovely once again. Very personable and the sushi was again on point. Will come back again. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Five-Star Dining Experience at Rim Asian Bistro – GSR Every dish I enjoyed today at Rim Asian Bistro was absolutely outstanding. From the sushi to the duck, the noodles, fried rice, cocktails, and even the desserts everything was delicious beyond expectations. There were so many wonderful dishes that I honestly lost count, but every single bite left a lasting impression. What truly stood out was the intention and care of the chef. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully balanced, and rich in texture and flavor. Every bite invited you to slow down, savor, and truly experience the depth of taste. It wasn’t just food it was a journey of flavors that made you want to pause and appreciate the craftsmanship behind it. Even the drinks and desserts were perfectly executed, completing the experience in the most satisfying way. This meal reminded me how powerful great food can be it brings joy, comfort, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended.
