We stumbled across this place while searching for a different restaurant that was not located where GoogleMaps had indicated. It turned out that we were very lucky the original restaurant could not be found! Ristorante Jole was amazing. The atmosphere, staff and food could not be better. We were so well treated by our waiter, Marco, who even took us inside to show us the ancient Roman wall that is part of the restaurant's structure. We had the chef's nightly specials for both our appetizer and pasta and they were wonderful. The pasta had swordfish and sun dried tomatoes and was just amazing. And the wine was good as was the desert we tried. Everything was delicious and the price was very reasonable. You will be happy you went to Ristorante Jolle! We just wish we had found it before our last night in Rome since we would have had an opportunity to go back!
