Both Centrale Montemartini and Sbracio are recommended for visiting. The wonderful flavours of Italian and Vegetarian cuisines attract a number of visitors. Have a good time here and share tasty tagliatelle, provola and ramen with your friends. You can always degust good tiramisu at this restaurant. Delicious wine, cordial or fino sherry will make your meal tastier and you'll surely come back. It's nice to try great coffee.

Alberto provided an immaculate experience—his wine recommendation was a perfect pairing with our meal. Food absolutely blew away anything you can get within the tourist trappy areas. I have been cooking steak for 15 years and this spot lived up to expectations. Louis Camille Maillard would be proud. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I discovered Sbracio at Taste of Roma festival and decided to go for the full experience. Quality of the food is extremely good, the steaks are among some of the best in the city and I cannot wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. Great service and atmosphere too. The server spoke almost no English, yet somehow took better care of us than many restaurants where everyone speaks fluent English. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. As for the steak, we ordered it rare, and in my opinion it was absolutely perfect. The kind of steak that makes you wonder why anyone would cook it longer. Unfortunately, my wife looked at it and saw a veterinary emergency, so we asked the chef to cook it a bit more. No complaints—the staff happily accommodated us. But trust me, if you’re comfortable with rare steak, leave it exactly as it comes. Your taste buds will thank you, even if your spouse doesn’t. Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
