Friendly staff and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious! Big hit at our family dinner for Mother’s Day.

We ordered caramel apples and some chocolates on door dash. They came in a plastic grocery store bag unsealed with the caramel apple just sitting completely out open in the bag. With the prices as high as they are get some bags you seal which is what every other store does ! Also the caramel came off on the paper so much that half the apple was just that- eating a green apple with no caramel. So disappointed

I wish I could give 4.5 stars - I love their specialty caramel apples, especially the Rocky Road with marshmallows, chocolates, and nuts. The only reason I'm giving any stars off is because they are a little expensive, but they have recently implemented a great rewards program that will make a significant difference on how often I will drive several miles from South Reno to Northwest Reno to purchase a caramel apple for $9.95. I definitely will make the trip more often. Really delicious and I have convinced myself that this is a healthy treat because there is a very large apple underneath all of that other unhealthy stuff. Next time I purchase one I will add a picture. If you haven't tried Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory you definitely should!
