Small place in town center with wooden furniture and a canteen type seating. Squeaky clean. There seemed to be only one person working; he took the order, cooked the food, served the food, and cleaned after. Even so, he was very efficient. Our food arrived after 20-25 minutes, it was extremely fresh, and absolutely divine. We got three variations of beef noodles and loved them all. The broth was very flavourful, spice was moderate even for the more spicier option, and the meat was very tender. A perfect comfort meal on a rainy afternoon. I would highly recommend. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is true that I am the only one providing service, which is a bit of a pity. However, compared to many Chinese chefs who prepare delicious food for their customers, I really have no grounds for complaint. One of the most authentic Chinese places in Exeter. If you like spicy, there’s all sorts of options for you, but if you prefer mild, the egg and tomato noodles are perfect. Noodles are all made from scratch and you can tell, they’re ridiculously fresh. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Freshest chinese food you'll ever find in the UK. The owner is really friendly and helpful, he makes all the food on the spot all by himself just like in the old days. Rogamo is so authentic, unlike some of the fried ones you get at takeaways. Noodles are fantastic and portion sizes are great. I would have to say though it is slightly more expensive that what I would have expected for the region, however I think it is absolutely worth the money. I absolutely support those opening up their own little business as a side hustle and introducing new and authentic cusines to less economically developed cities. Highly recommended, both for locals and visitors making a stop on the way to Devon/Cornwall.
