I order from here quite frequently because the food is genuinely good, and like many people, we have busy lives and can’t cook all the time. Unfortunately, the customer service is a completely different story. The girl who answers the phone to take orders has a very rude attitude, as if she’s doing customers a favor by simply taking an order. Taking orders is part of the job, yet every time we call, we feel judged. The staff often laugh in a way that makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially if we order frequently. To make things worse, our delivery was refused yesterday without any proper explanation. As regular customers, this was really disappointing. The food is worth ordering, but the way customers are treated definitely is not. I hope management either trains the staff to be more respectful and welcoming or lets customers know they’ll be judged and laughed at for simply placing an order. Roger’s pizza was so good. It was my first time trying it tonight and I gotta say it was so good. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking into Dine-in or takeout Near Rimbey. Food: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Pizza Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

We pass through Rimbey 2 or 3 times a year and Roger's Drive-In Restaurant has been consistently delicious. The fresh taste is what puts Roger's ahead...fresh produce in each burger tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles have texture and crisp. I tried something different this time, Dill Pickle Poutine this visit! Why haven't I ever tried this before haha - It was excellent! The balance of flavours was neat. Regular single bacon cheeseburger is authentically beefy, served with fresh crisp Lettuce, beautiful tomato and pickles. I crave their Peanut Butter milkshake, but feeling adventurous tried the Blue Raspberry this time. It was refreshing, unique and flavourful. I enjoyed it. We always enjoy the friendly, helpful service and delicious food at Roger's! Highly recommend for a. Take Out Treat! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20
