I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Georgina! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a smile, was patient while taking my order, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes customers feel valued, and Georgina definitely does. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit even better. Tim Hortons is lucky to have such a hardworking and kind employee. I’ll definitely be coming back! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a disappointing experience today with Jessica’s customer service. I repeated my order three times, but it still wasn’t understood correctly. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with Jessica, which made the experience even more frustrating. I hope the team can provide additional training or ensure staff are able to accurately understand customers’ orders to help prevent situations like this in the future. Second time I've used drive through and scanned my bare code for roll up to win and when I get to where I am going and look on my phone "nothing 0 roll ups " what the heck. Is this a new scam ? And what do you say when you go back
