Worst pasta i have ever had to tryservice was dismal, very rude,don't waste your money seriously horrible all round ,$65 in the bin,pasta is over cooked very gluggy,cheese with pasta yeah but that much cheese is straight amateur and the attempt at a cannoli was quite stange like it was split yogurt inside and smelled like it ,definitely avoid if you're after a tasty feed, you will be over charged and painting the toilet brown in 30mins ZERO STARS FOR ROMAN PALACE ITALIAN RESTAURANTP.S as the owner of the business everything fall on you ,you are responsible for everything that leaves the Kitchen...so for you too have too apologize for your "unprofessional employee"by the way he spoke and delt with the situation.....so on that note ,you as the whole business, you are the "unprofessional employee" because you once again are the owner and responsible for the people you employ, they should know you should treat any customer with the utmost respect, face to face or over the phone, because at the end of the day the customer is paying your wages..............

Hi Chris, Thanks for the Uber order and I am sorry you where not satisfied. Yes we got your order wrong and did not minus the mushrooms and olives off the pizza you ordered as requested and as you clearly pointed out to me on the phone. Again I am sorry. I do however draw the line when you start Swearing and being aggressive over the phone. It was not cool. I offered to redo the pizza but you didn’t want to progress the conversation. And as promised before i hung up I called Uber to let them know to refund you for the pizza. Again sorry about the pizza. As to the Sicilian Canoli do you know what ricotta is Chris? I think you where mistakenly expecting custard canoli. That’s not what we sell. We sell traditional Sicilian canoli. ie filled with a sweetened ricotta. We sell these day in, day out, piped fresh to order. You would be pressed to find Sicilian canoli around as lovely as ours! And we always cook our pasta al dente (that means hard to bite Chris) We always aim to keep our customers happy. Unfortunately Chris we didn’t get it quiet right for you and for this we are sorry. Thanks for your feedback
