The wonderful flavours of the Italian cuisine attract a number of visitors. Mouthwatering calamari, chicken parmesan and parmo have a pleasant taste. Tasty cannolis and good lemon pie are among the dishes to be tried at this restaurant. You will hardly forget delicious marsala or good beer that you can taste.

Great to see the former operators of Roncone's doing their thing and making spectacular Italian foods in a new place! With the issue of moving Roncone's, the Paulino's crew opened up on Lyell with a spot that has plenty of parking and dual dining areas. Currently, they're waiting for their liquor license, so hours are 11-3 until that clears. The good news is, it will be 8/19/19! The reason to show? The food! They had a ton of specials on today, and it was impressive! They have fantastic warm bread being served with oil and herbs to dip, and an expansive menu. From apps, to salads, to classics done on sandwiches, and Italian standards. Veal Parm, tripe, haddock Parm, chicken Florentine...so many options! Their chicken Florentine sandwich was delicious, properly breaded with the mozzarella and spinach and a dipping cup of sauce accompanied by house made chips. A huge sandwich, excellent flavor!

Just had lunch and the food was fabulous. I would rate 5 stars for that. However, I was turned off by the price of a few items on their menu (ordered then learned the price once the check arrived). $3.00 for a glass of ice tea, $3.00 for a cup of coffee ( most shocking), and $3.00 for a meatball on the side. I get your paying for ambience but I would start to reevaluate your pricing on a few items. Be mindful of your location or be more transparent about the price of these items on your menu. These are NYC prices. Especially the coffee.

My 6 year old granddaughter and I love Roncones. Amazing sauce and Hannah says biggest most delicious meatballs ever.
