You are to find perfectly cooked pizza. The positive aspect of this bar is that the staff is cheerful. If you want to enjoy prompt service, you should go to Route 66 Pizza Factory. Enjoy the enjoyable atmosphere here. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Overpriced gas station pizza served in hotel that has a bar. If I drank I would of went to the bar instead. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30

I would give a negative star if I could! 1 star because they told us it would be 45 to hour for food. Ended up being 1.5 hours. And didn't even get everything we ordered. They just said sorry! Bill came still had items on there that we didn't get. Took that off then the total still didn't match the amount for each item. I can add so can my phone so I dont know what kind of bs they had going on but it was fishy as hell. No tip. Ps dine in customers take first priority. Take out comes 2nd in any restaurant. I probably would've been on with everything if they didn't give my food to and person that order was messed up at take out. Id fire everyone in that part of the hotel! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $70–80

I'm in Springfield often for work and Route 66 Pizza Factory has become my one stop shop for food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive and they always make me feel like I'm home away from home. Blaze and Brittany are your go to mixologists when you are here. They can pass as full time wizards with their cocktails they create and partime comedians so you get some laughs along the way. They both create an environment that makes you want to stay for "just one more". Blaze also makes an amazing Blazin' Hot Bloody Mary. Again, if you ever want a drink that can be Insta worthy and have great conversation along with it, stop in! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
