Located on a quaint side street off the main town square of Risan. Stopped by mid morning for a coffee. Served by someone who smelt very strongly of wacky baccy. Asked for the bill and they had decided to enhance it, maybe as a back pocket tourist tax... why do people feel that it is appropriate to do that, when they clearly display their prices. Unimpressed! Maybe check your bill!!!! Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
