As a customer, I was disappointed by the way I was treated during my visit. I politely suggested that clearer pickup and collection instructions would help customers understand the process better and reduce confusion during busy periods and road closures at the front. Rather than acknowledging the feedback, a staff member became defensive, raised their voice, and said something along the lines of, 'If you don't like how we do things, you're welcome to go somewhere else. We know how to run our business.' I found the interaction unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional, especially as I was only offering constructive feedback to improve the customer experience. Respectful communication goes a long way, and I hope the management encourages staff to be more receptive to customer suggestions.

Four of us friends dined at Ruby Raja Indian restaurant at Tea Tree Gully and absolutely loved it! We ordered their banquet, which came with very generous servings and a great variety of dishes. Everything was super delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The food was fantastic and definitely worth the value. Their service was excellent. Friendly, attentive, quick and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this Restaurant. We will definitely be back. Price per person: $160–180 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
