We went for the NYE tasting menu which on paper looked amazing. However every course was extremely rich and larger than I’m used to for a tasting meal. It was so rich and so much I couldn’t finish the meal. On top of that there was at least 20 minutes between courses. I thought six courses 2 hours no 3 hours and 15 minutes later I was asking to box my dessert and for the bill. I would go back to try the regular menu and sit at the bar maybe get better service.

Three of us had a first meal at Rue. WONDERFUL food. Great Service. But, it wan't too loud or noisy. We will head back there again soon.
Thanks to the entire kitchen and wait staff for a great night.
