We were over on this side of town so we decided to try Rustic cafe for brunch on a rainy Sunday. The cafe is small but welcoming and the staff are very friendly! The tea & coffee we had were good- nice and hot! Sadly the food was a bit of a letdown. I got the Eggs Royal and the eggs & hollandaise sauce were both watery and not very flavorful. My husband got the Southern Chicken & Waffles- essentially chicken nuggets and potato waffles, not what he was expecting. The bacon was excellent. Won’t be back for food but will def come in for a hot drink and friendly atmosphere when I’m over on this side of town again
