Stopped at Spesso in Trastevere and had an unreal eggplant parm sandwich. Super crispy, cheesy, saucy, and honestly just hit the spot. Portion was huge too, way more than I expected. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, probably the best service we’ve had in Italy so far. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing.
