So the gentlemen who had helped us was super sweet, helped me and my roommate with all of our needs and there was some technical malfunctions but the guy we had was super patient with my roommate and I. The only thing I have to say is the coworker who was on shift July 5th with the brunette hair was not helping his coworker at all. Kept sitting around doing nothing and proceeded to let an employee with no uniform or hair net behind the counter near and around the food. The gentlemen with the glasses was super sweet and he did everything in his power to make sure we got our food quickly. It the coworker on the other hand could use some more training on how to help his other coworkers. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

We stopped by for lunch today. The older heavy set woman working who I assume is the manager since the other kid was probably 16. Was hands down the rudest person I’ve come across in a while. I couldn’t tell you her name because nobody had name tags on. She does not need to be working there treating customers that bad. I’m contacting corporate as well. Also feel sorry for her employees, she has to be the worst boss ever. Will not be going back to that location ever again, and will steer anyone else away from there. Service: 1

Haven’t been to this store in about a year, I noticed a significant change in customer service and cleanliness, our sandwiches were made to perfection with genuine smiles and greetings. Heather and Seven were our Sandwich makers and were quick and accurate. Will go back to this store again when going to Subway even though a farther drive because customer service and experience was that good.
