Had a lovely solo dinner at Sakelleria Roma. I had the hitsumabushi and really enjoyed it. The eel was tender, flavorful, and beautifully served over rice, with dashi on the side. The service was warm and attentive, and I felt very comfortable dining alone. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, and a wonderful Japanese dining experience. I would definitely come back next time in Rome! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
