What a incredible dining experience! I truly did not expect this to be my new favorite japanese restaurant in Rome. I visited on Friday night with a friend and the atmosphere was so relaxing yet fun. The food was delicious. We got a beautiful welcoming dish from the restaurant which was served by a very kind and professional waiter. We ordered the beef and salmon tartare. They were both amazing but the sorbet that paired with the salmon and the creamy avocado was just perfect. Then we had some rolls and my favorite was the pistachio salmon roll it was so unique and somehow sweet and warm. It may sounds strange but it is so worth trying. Then we ended out dinner with a dark chocolate soufflé. Not too sweet, not too bitter, and paired with a lovely tart raspberry sorbet. Thank you so much Somo! I had an amazing time, will be back soon
