Disappointed when I called 3 hrs ahead to see if they could seat a party of 10 for dinner. I was told they couldn’t make a reservation unless Sandy ok’ed it prior. They told me I had to call her and gave me her phone number. I called 2 times, leaving a message. Got no response. So too me the customer service is not there and they missed out by over $200 by not seating our party. Ended up going somewhere else that evening. Still waiting for Sandy to call me, one week later, No apology or explanation
