Worst food of our two week trip in Italy. We were told by the manager there would be a $70 euro per person change if we stayed more than an hour because of the singer. Filet with whiskey cream sauce had good flavor, but was a very poor cut. The mashed potato purée was luke warm. The carbonara was also luke warm. My wife’s chicken did not come until others were nearly finished., and when it did, it was cold. We ordered a bottle of wine for the filet but it never came. The waiter tried his best, it was not his fault. At least they rushed us out so we didn’t have to spend up to the $70 euro per person charge for the singer. Not recommended. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50

I loved that Santi 40 is open all day. My jet-lagged daughter and I had a lovely lunch at 4 pm. Nice menu of Roman favorites with some American dishes, too. Sandra, our server, made our visit especially pleasant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
