Johanney aka “JOE” really elevates the experience at Sapphire Bar Roma. I had such a fantastic experience here thanks to Joe! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I sat down. Not only did he make me some excellent cocktails, perfectly balanced and delicious, but he also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. What really stood out was how he treated everyone at the bar—always smiling, chatting with guests, and creating such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. It felt like he genuinely enjoyed making people feel at home. If you’re in Rome and want great drinks with even better hospitality, this is the place to be!
