Food was yummy and affordable the bbq beef was just ok. Shakes are fire though, let em heat up and melt a little though because they are very thick. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The lack of service because the cashier apparently only takes 1 order every 5 minutes either the cook is special needs or you need to hire people who are trying to make you money and get rid of the blonde that's only there for a paycheck. It would've been my first time trying and probably is going to be my last. Seriously get rid of the blonde cashier today's date 7.6.26 2:30 pm Seriously who walks away from a window with a line waiting to order? I'll tell someone who doesn't want to work. Overall very poor service. I couldn't even order my food Even other customers where saying why was it taking so long to order or get the food this is when its slow and there was only a few people at this restaurant And i asked to refill my water the guy said only this time because of a health code i look up the health code in reno there's nothing i took screenshots and there's pictures Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
