This is a hidden gem in North Rio Rancho! The food is delicious and fresh. We had the Dip Trio to start. The chips were thick and sturdy - no breakage in the salsa! I had the Taquitos. They were so good, and didn't shatter when I bit into them. My husband had the Chicken Wrap. He said he could taste all the flavors. It wasn't doughy or bland. And then... dessert. We had the Churro Fries w/ ice cream. O.M.G. It's so good it should be illegal! The churros are crunchy and not at all greasy. They're about the size of steak fries. The vanilla ice cream was REAL ice cream not the ice-milk stuff you usually get. We also had the margaritas. Very light and refreshing. Perfect on a warm evening. If you haven't been here yet, GO! Staying in the area overnight while on a road trip. Great find. Good food, drinks, service and loved the atmosphere. If we lived in the area, would definitely make Screaming Coyote a go to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $20–30
