We’ve visited the Yak many different times. The service and food quality seem to vary from visit to visit. This visit was spot on. The service was attentive and the food was delicious! My visit to Screaming Yak was utterly ruined by the incompetence of our server, Eithan. It was painfully obvious he was more interested in drowning himself in alcohol than attending to customers. The service was a disaster – slow, inattentive, and utterly disappointing. A word of advice: reevaluate your staff if you want to salvage any semblance of customer satisfaction.
