We visited this place both for breakfast and for drinks in the evening, and we had a really great experience every time. The food and drinks were very good, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent — super attentive and genuinely kind. They even made cocktails that were not on the menu and always tried to make everything possible for the guests. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of here. The breakfast was especially very good and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, a lovely place with great hospitality that we would happily visit again! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Scutari Garden is off the beaten path, across from a quaint park. The coffee is the best I have had in Shkoder. I have tried the savory omelette; pistachio croissant and the Nutella croissant. All were highly delectable and affordable. The atmosphere is calming and inviting with 2 “garden” areas in which to dine. I have met the owner and her family and was made to feel right at home.
