We looked forward to going to this restaurant after walking by and peeking in the windows. It has a nice and friendly vibe. The menu looks great and we ordered lunch and dessert. We left disappointed because of the small portion sizes of the sandwiches and desserts. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

So happy we have Sebastiano’s in Sellwood! It’s such a cute space and the service is always friendly. Most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious. We’ve tried multiple sandwiches and baked goods and everything has been phenomenal. The olive oil cake impressed my mom (who is a professional baker). Their cocktails are great too. Give this local spot a try, you won’t be disappointed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My partner and I recently went to Boston and decided to try the classic cannolis (e.g. chocolate chip ricotta filling) in North End (Mike's, Modern, and Bova - the most well-known Italian bakeries). With our cannoli taste test experience fresh in our minds, we decided to go to Sebastiano's to compare and contrast as soon as we came back from our trip. In our opinion, Sebastiano's outranked the three above in terms of the shell and also the flavor of the filling. While the ricotta was a bit too lumpy to me, the slight hint of orange peel.... *chef's kiss* Now all they need to do now is start making Florentine style cannolis ;-) But yeah, if you want a cannoli that is on par with the ones you'll find on the east coast, this is the bakery to go to in Portland. Having tried cannolis at a few other spots in Portland, this is really the only one that rivals those we had in Boston.
