Service is also not any good, I had to wait until the cashier comes for few minutes, becuase the cashier and the other working staff was having chit-chats everywhere. They are coming even after finishing them, customer caring is in a terrible level.
Waiters are also the same, when I asked for napkins the waiter counted the people who are with me and game me only that much which I found so unprofessional. If a foreigner sees something like that, that will damage the whole country's reputation. Give a proper taining to the staff how to treat customers before hiring. I am not recommending this place to anyone!...
Food is average according to me. It can be improved. Some of the bakery items are good. Not everything in the menu was available. The Nasigoreng was too oily.
Ambience is ok. They have indoor seating and service.
