The sandwich artist's name was partially covered by her outer garment, but I think it may have been "Ba-- iley"? In all cases-mad respect on demeanor, artistry, manners, etc. She made the sandwich in EXACTLY the way I always describe to sandwich artists-WITHOUT MY DESCRIPTION! Folks were jumping in to support team members, tracking whether customers wanted sandwiches or fresh rotisserie chickens-lots of see a need, fill a need communication and energy. The 4/5 is because when we tore open our LP rotisserie chicken bag, the flat and tip were missing from the wing of the bird-food is much to expensive to donate to the air gods! We would've returned it but are 30 minutes away from the store.

Today I had the absolute worst experience shopping at this location and because the safety of my children and myself is more important than shopping at a store where the store manager and cashiers allow their customers to be verbally harassed in the parking lot with my three young children. The woman thought I stole her phone off the register by the pin pad. I politely told her I didn’t take it and even double checked my purse to make sure I didn’t pick it up by mistake. They allowed her to come back into the store and buy her groceries. I called the police and when they came to talk to them, they said they wanted nothing to do with it. I wasn’t asking for them to take a bullet for me. I was asking for someone who is willing to bang on my windows with my children in the car and scream in a parking lot for someone to call the police because i allegedly stole her phone (which she found) to be banned from shopping there. The fact that this behavior was tolerated is crazy. I don’t know what kind of shopping experience this location is trying to create but it’s definitely not safe. Store manager, Laura, cashier Wisdom, and Ewania, you all should be ashamed of yourselves for turning a blind eye knowing I did not take that lady’s phone and still allowed me to be harassed. Disgusting.

A lady by the name of lisa, I feel personally, like she went beyond my expectations on a philly cheesesteak sandwich. This is the best service and the best sandwich I've'had with my experience at publix.
