Accused me of stealing fuel, I contact manager who said he will review cctv and contact 3rd party company. He took weeks to get back to me after chasing up three times then he hadn’t contact either and then spoke as if he had but clearly hadn’t, he just didn’t want to take responsibility and pay the admin fee he would have to 3rd party company. So never using again and going thru ombudsman

Picked up a bottle of Freshways whole milk from the Shell garage and when I got it home I realised it was already out of date (use by 03 SEP). Can’t believe they’re still selling milk past its use-by date. This is unacceptable for a food retailer and could easily make someone ill. Won’t be trusting their milk again.
