Lanka is a very good Indian restaurant and it has a modern contemporary style. There is a wide and varied menu with the traditional dishes and some interesting ones i had not had before. The portions were very generous and the meats were very tender. We had a variety of side dishes and everything was very good washed down with kingfisher larger. We will definitely be coming back. Price per person: £30–40 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. Dietary restrictions: There are vegan options on the menu.

I was with a family of four. The kids ordered fries with chicken; the meat was dry, and the sauce was poor. We ordered fish; there was very little of it per portion and a lot of oil. I don't recommend these dishes. Maybe something else is worth the price. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Food was lovely and chicken was really tender. Staff were very polite and friendly, advised on wine suitable to our tastes. Was very quiet, music not too loud. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
