This was our favorite meal of our entire 10-day trip to Japan. We ordered the Premium Selection Platter, the Loin Plate, and the Vegetable Plate, and everything was incredible. The quality of the meat was amazing, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really made this place special was the owner. He was one of the kindest people we met on our trip. He took the time to talk with us, thanked us sincerely for coming, and even let us take a photo with us before we left. You could tell he genuinely cares about his guests and loves what he does. The food alone would make us recommend Shinzaemon, but the hospitality made it an experience we'll never forget. If you're in the area, don't miss this place. We would come back in a heartbeat. The food was very nice, the meats were soft, tender and perfectly seasoned. The owner recommended a good menu item for us, and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience. He even went out to buy tonic when we asked for a tonic-based drink. They went above and beyond and kept us happy and cheerful throughout, and treated us very nicely.
