I love The Ship Inn. I have stayed many times because it is so reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the town. The building is historic and beautiful. Good food, rooms and the staff are lovely and they don’t charge for dogs anymore, which was a lovely surprise! Service: 5

We were visiting for a wedding nearby and stayed in one of the rooms. The room was beautiful, well equipped & the bed very comfy. The location is perfectly situated, the pub is great (very good drinks selection!) with a nice vibe and outdoor seating (we were lucky with the weather). Staff were all an absolute delight, and the breakfast the following morning was the cherry on the cake. Couldn’t recommend this pub more for those looking for a delightful stay in Rye. We will be back! Service: 5
